When guys our age train, we need specific routines which help eliminate joint & back pain.

Look, I’m not bashing gyms. Heck, I was inside a gym every week for the last 35+ years.

But I can’t hit the gym routines like I once could.

Bench pressing barbells and military presses just hurt my back and wrists these days.
