Gyms may be located far from home or work, making it inconvenient to access them regularly.
Limited operating hours can also make it difficult to accommodate personal schedules, especially for those with busy lives.
Furthermore, accessing facilities during holidays or closures can be problematic.
6. Gym Members Fail Due to Hygiene Concerns
Gyms can be breeding grounds for bacteria and germs, with sweaty and unsanitary equipment being a common issue.
Plus, it’s just disgusting finally getting a bench to do your set, and you find a huge sweat patch on the bench. Yuk!!
The lack of proper cleaning and maintenance can lead to an increased risk of contracting infections or illnesses.
This is a serious concern for many individuals, especially in light of recent global health issues.
7.Lack of Personalized Attention
In most gyms, it can be difficult to get assistance from staff or trainers when you need it.
